Pear Card using Cricut Preserve Cartridge

Hello again. Yesterday was a snow day here in Missouri (today too as a matter of fact) so after the traditional snow day pancake breakfast I cleared the table off to make some more cards. I am on a mission of card making. We recently started going to a new church and they are interested in starting a card care ministry like I was a part of at our old church. I have been making card kits for the ladies to put together to get the ministry started. Everyday Cricut has great ideas using the cricut and all of their wonderful cartridges.

Preserves is another one of those cartridges I purchased at Menards! It was so cheap I had to buy it. I had no idea what I was going to do with it. When I saw THIS card I knew I wanted to make it.
Here is my interpretation.  I used mostly American Craft  Patterned Paper from the  a la Carte collection.
There is one difference between Everyday Cricut's card and mine. All the elements are from the Preserved Cartridge. Yes, and you can cut every thing off the Cricut. There are 2 exception. The base for card and the little leaf which is a Martha Stewart punch. If you don't have this punch you need to run out and buy it. I love this little leaf so cute and versatile.

So here it is for you to download. Pear Card Cut File
Keep checking my blog because I am going to have my first give away.
Stay warm (today it is only 2 degrees here in STL) and see you soon.
Oh, if you are looking for a place of worship we go to Gateway Christian Church  we are really enjoying being part of this Christian family and are really growing in our faith being in this body of believers so try it out if you live in the STL area and you can help me with this card ministry!
